Do I need wheelie bars?

Currently, wheelie bars are not required, but are recommended.
It can happen and when it does, it's surprisingly quick. In 2009, a tractor rolled over. No one was hurt but there were a few tense moments.
Since the flagman is responsible for safety, you can be red flagged to stop if your front wheels start to lift and you don't have roll bars.
